Three new and one renewal County Commissioners' Scholarships will be awarded during May of each year at a regularly scheduled meeting of the County Commissioners. The scholarships are for $1,000 for students attending the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming Community College for one academic year.

Application deadline is 5 pm. The last Friday in April each year. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered

If you have any questions, please contact Kaitlin Reed or Gwynn G. Bartlett at 307-328-2668 option 0, or by email Accounts Payable. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Once awarded, scholarships are paid and administered through the University of Wyoming's Office of Financial Aid.
Selection is based upon extra curricular activity, scholastic ability, and American College Testing (ACT) scores. The scholarship is not effective for any entering student who fails a math or English placement test.
